Marketing in a tough economy
The Commercial Real Estate Industry is in bad health. How do firms, especially small boutique firms, rise above the chatter and get themselves heard? As I begin my research on this subject, I question "truths" that were ingrained in my head during grad school. If every other company is utilizing these concepts how will we differentiate. This blog will focus on our company, Lane Witherspoon & Carswell Commercial Real Estate Advisors. I will discuss our success, our hurdles, our activity and what we learn about the industry as we keep "truckin" through this economic land mine.
